Framework Agreement Support Authorizations and Consultations (AAC) RTE is launching a multi-awardee framework agreement for intellectual services to support authorizations and consultation in the context of high and very high electricity infrastructure projects. high voltage, in rehabilitation or creation (overhead lines, underground connections, substations, connections, offshore projects). This project management assistance contract aims to support project teams in carrying out consultation processes and authorization procedures, integrating regulatory, environmental, land and territorial issues. Main features: - Framework agreement executed by subsequent contracts. - Maximum duration: six years (3 firm years + 3 options annual). Scheduled start: September 1, 2027. - Estimated volume: €79 million excluding tax. - Profiles mobilized: engineers and technicians specialized in consultation, authorizations and management of environmental studies.
