Lot 1: Pre-impregnation washing headbands, cloths, washing headbands with fringes Lot 2: Surface & floor maintenance products Lot 3: General maintenance + small equipment (multi-use, sanitary, brooms, cleaning textiles, buckets, microfibers) Lot 4: Air fresheners The purpose of this contract is the supply of washing strips, cloths, small equipment and in particular the supply of solutions for cleaning and/or disinfecting surfaces, including where applicable products packaged in a manner classic (cans, sachets, concentrates) and/or innovative on-site production solutions, as long as they meet the technical and functional requirements defined in these special specifications. This contract is concluded for a period initial of two (2) years, it is tacitly renewable for four (4) successive periods of twelve (12) months for a maximum duration of 6 years, from the first purchase order after notification of the contract. If neither party has notified their desire to end the collaboration at least 3 months before the annual expiry date of the contract. In the event of non-renewal of this contract, no justification must be provided and it cannot give rise to compensation. If the P.A. does not wish extend the contract, it will inform the successful bidder 3 months before the expiry date of the fixed duration or renewal.
