The subject of the order is the conclusion of Framework Agreements for the selection of Contractors who will deliver servers, divided into parts: Part 1 - Delivery of type A servers with assembly, technical support and warranty service, Part 2 - Delivery type B servers including installation, technical support and warranty service, Part 3 - Delivery of type C servers, including installation, technical support and warranty service. 2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ - Description subject of the contract (part 1, part 2 and part 3), hereinafter also referred to as "OPZ". 3. Pursuant to Art. 134 section 2 point 7) of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party indicates that it will conclude a Framework Agreement with a maximum of three Contractors in parts 1, 2 and 3 (unless the offers not subject to rejection will be submitted by fewer Contractors) who obtain the highest number of points in the evaluation of offers, based on the criteria specified in this ToR and whose offer price does not exceed the amount intended to finance a given Agreement framework, with the reservation that the Ordering Party may increase this amount.
