Framework agreement for the supply of track devices and parts for maintenance of the tram network in Nantes The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for the supply of track switches for the tram network in Nantes in the framework of maintenance and renovation work on the Nantes tram network. The services to be carried out by the holder concern all phases of supply of a track switch: from the study phase to commissioning, that is to say: - The study, manufacturing, factory acceptance of track switches and associated equipment, - Provision of documentation (instructions, DOE, maintenance), - Loading and transport on site (excluding unloading) to Nantes, - Technical assistance for the installation and installation of track switches and associated equipment. This is a framework agreement for single-awarded supplies, with no minimum amount and an amount maximum of 4, 000, 000 euros excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals), in accordance with article R. 2162-4 2° of the public procurement code.
