Cleaning products and materials The present assignment concerns a framework agreement within the meaning of Article 2, 35° of the Public Procurement Act, where a framework agreement is defined as "an agreement between one or more contracting authorities and one or more entrepreneurs with the aim of determining the conditions for placing contracts for a certain period, in particular as regards prices and, where appropriate, the quantities envisaged".
