The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for the supply of tires for the CAF tramways of the public transport network of the Nantes metropolitan area. Full details of the services appear in the CCP. This is a framework agreement for single-awarded supplies, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 400, 000.00 euros excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (renewals included), in accordance with article R. 2162-4 2° of the order code public. This framework agreement will be executed as purchase orders are issued in accordance with article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public procurement code.
