The creation of the "Atlantis" project is a project of the Military Emergency Unit, mainly focused on simulation and intends an improvement in the Instruction of drones and tactical and logistics vehicles as well as providing virtual and immersive tactical training capabilities. For this, it is considered that the establishment of a rationalization system (Framework Agreement) is the ideal figure to give contractual coverage to the need raised.
