The object of the assignment is to conclude a framework agreement with 1 contractor for a period of four years and relates to the supply of road salt to the municipal partners of INTERLEUVEN. The supplier guarantees that he will continue to do so during the for the duration of the framework agreement, INTERLEUVEN always has a stock of ± 1, 000 tons of road salt available during the periods from October 31 to March 31. Deliveries or collections are made on demand and the supplier must be present can meet the 36 hours. The specified quantity is a realistic estimate, but does not in any way commit the contracting authority to actually include the specified quantity. The supplier cannot therefore claim any compensation if: the proposed quantities cannot be purchased. Moreover, this is not an exclusive assignment. This is an order against a price list (Royal Decree of 15 July 2011, art. 2, 5°). For information purposes: the turnover per year (incl VAT) for deliveries of road salt has varied in recent years from: - Winter 2023-2024: € 75, 000 - Winter 2024-2025: € 70, 000 - Winter 2025-2026: € .........
