The object of the framework agreement/subsequent contracts is the acquisition of 21, 350 cpl. "Extendable baton", necessary for the execution of specific missions by the operative structures within the Romanian Gendarmerie. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requestsfor clarification/additional information in the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers, to the extent that these requests were submitted within the deadline mentioned in SECTION I, respectively 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. To respect the principlesof equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of submitting requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documentation/answers made in the event of the procedures being carried outof awarding public procurement contracts via electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as they will become public when the authors submit the answertatea contractantă!
