The assignment also concerns a framework agreement, with one contractor. No exclusivity is offered, but a minimum order quantity is provided for item 1. The orders based on the framework agreement are referred to in these specifications as 'orders' or 'order orders'. The present one framework agreement concerns the on-demand delivery of polyethylene bags for the selective collection of the PMD fraction (plastic packaging, metal packaging and beverage cartons) (hereinafter the "PMD bags") (hereinafter the "Order" or the "Framework Agreement"). This selective collection takes place in the within the framework of a Fost Plus project with a view to the application of the cooperation agreement of 4 November 2008 on the prevention and management of packaging waste (hereinafter the "Cooperation Agreement"). The purpose of this framework agreement is to establish the conditions for subsequent agreements orders of polyethylene bags for door-to-door collection of the PMD fraction of household waste during the period 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027, tacitly renewable for one year, with a probable annual quantity of 4, 650, 000 of the 60-liter type (in rolls of 20 bags, fitted with a white colored drawstring).
