Tender Details

PURPOSE OF SUPPLIES:

Framework agreement for the supply of plastic laboratory consumables and culture media for the entire ULiege, all sites combined.

COMMENT:

This multi-year framework agreement of which all terms are not fixed, including 3 disso lotsciables, aims to supply plastic laboratory consumables and culture media, for the entire University of Liege, all sites combined. This contract also includes an inventory management system for lots 1 and 2 because the University wishes to implementre-establish one or more centralized consignment stocks (stores) aimed at serving all the units of a department.

The supplies are intended for all departments, services and laboratories of the University of Liege and must be delivered to the various sites and buildingsents in accordance with the clauses described in the technical part of these special specifications.

As an indication, deliveries are distributed as follows:

- 90% are made in 3 different geographical locations on the Sart Tilman site (83% are made at GIGA, therefore onthe CHU website);

- 10% is to be delivered to other University locations (including the Gembloux and Arlon sites).
