IOKA2026 - 02 - paper bags - 8 liters IOKA2026 - 02 - paper bags - 120 liters This group purchase concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor per plot for the supply of paper bags for the collection of organic waste, and this for the term of 48 months. This concerns paper bags for organic waste collection of 8 liters, 500, 000 units per year, or ± 6, 250 bundles, as well as paper bags for organic waste collection of 120 liters, 100, 000 units per year, or ± 20, 000 bundles. It concerns a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK Afvalbeheer on the basis of these specifications, the contracting authority free to order elsewhere during the duration of the contract or not to place an order. The contractor cannot claim compensation for this.
