With the opening of its New Hospital in 2024, the GHdC wishes to equip its future facilities with new, modern, practical and ergonomic equipment.
The purpose of this contract is therefore:
-The supply and commissioning of medical scales and personal scales, both on the Nouvel H sitehospital ("Les Viviers") by 2024 only for the Notre-Dame site;
-The staggered supply of the same equipment during the duration of the framework agreement;
-The supply of spare parts and accessories for the material provided.
This contract aims to designate a single economic operator (per lot) with which a framework agreement will be concluded for the benefit of which the awarder may place orders following the procedure defined in the contractual clauses and at the unit prices set in the offer.
This framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years maximum. Subsequent orders will beestablished according to the needs of the GHdC.
