The purpose of this contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement aimed at the supply of plumbing equipment and the carrying out of maintenance and construction work on plumbing installations in the various STIB installations, particularly in the metro, office buildings, depots, workshops and other sites operated by STIB. In order to cover all needs and take into account the specialties of companies in the sector, the framework agreement is divided into three lots. 5540 - lot1 Maintenance and plumbing work in depots, complexes and metro stations. This concerns: - For sites and metro stations: in addition to the interventions of internal plumbers, interventions on large diameter pipes and on all types of pipes located at a height of more than 4 meters. - For complexes: this concerns all plumbing interventions. 5540 - lot2 Framework agreement for the supply of plumbing equipment, accessories and materials (faucets, pipes, fittings, etc.) for depots, complexes and metro stations. 5540 - lot3 Framework agreement for the supply, maintenance and work on fire pipes (sprinkling, hydrants, hose reels).
