Each lot is treated as a separate assignment for implementation. The lots can be awarded separately. The tenderer is not obliged to submit a quote for each plot. If a parcel is subdivided into items, these are considered as one whole and a price must be quoted for each item within the parcel concerned. The Commissioning Board reserves the right proposes not to award one or more plots. In addition, it may decide not to award the contract, to restart the procedure, with or without a different procedure, or to take other measures. Plot 1 Lot 1 concerns the delivery, installation and putting underground containers into service for the fractions of residual waste, PMD, paper-cardboard, organic waste and glass on VERKO's territory.
