The purpose of this tender is the celebration of a framework agreement with six businessmen, in four lots, in order for them to be suppliers of hardware materials, as established in articles 219 et seq. of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, which transposes into the Spanish legal system the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014 for the acquisition of the products described in the Specification of Technical Prescriptions. The execution of the object of the contract must be adapted to the attached technical requirements that are contractual in nature without the total number of units being defined exactly at the time of celebrating the Agreement.
