Framework agreement for the supply of EMU130 vehicles The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of (i) a framework agreement pursuant to § 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement"). The subject of the Framework Agreement is the regulation of the procedure for concluding partial purchases contracts (hereinafter referred to as "Purchase Contracts" or individually "Purchase Contracts") (i) for the production and supply of up to 10 electrical units designated as EMU130 for the 25 kV/50 Hz AC system, fully suitable for operation on railway lines with a gauge of 1, 435 mm in the territory of the Czech Republic of the Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Units" or separately "Unit"), including all permits, approvals, consents and registrations ("registration" in the text of this procurement documentation means all registrations having a character similar to permits, approvals or consents), which are according to the legislation in force on the date of handover of the relevant Unit to the client, necessary for the operation and use of the supplied Units (mutually compatible and communicating) and which will enable the client to operate and use the Units properly and without restrictions in the territory of the Czech Republic of the Republic and further including the technical documentation belonging to the relevant Units to the extent stipulated in the Framework Agreement and in the relevant Purchase Agreement; and/or (ii) deliveries of spare parts and structural units of the exchange system ("spare parts of the exchange system") Doc Title: Framework agreement for the supply of EMU130 vehicles Contract Type: supplies
