The subject of this small-scale general order is the supply of document scanners and not the listed related services. The subject of the public contract is the following services: - start service of newly delivered equipment in door-to-door form, i.e. receiving equipment for repair from a fixed location paid and its return delivered, - supply of software, drivers, licenses and other tools necessary for the operation of the supplied equipment, providing updates of the supplied software for the duration of the period of the equipment. The essence of the supply is the software for maintenance and monitoring of the equipment, including it commissioned Due to the different way of using individual types of facilities, and thus the different range of potential suppliers, the Contracting Authority approached the subject of the general contract divided into 2 subject areas: 1. st VZ Document retrieval scanners with automatic document feeding (ADF) 2. st VZ Flatbed scanners for document digitization and archiving The contracting authority states that each subject of the public order has its own technical specification, its own assessment and its own framework agreement.
