Framework agreement for the supply of district heating pipes and socket assembly DN400-DN600 The ordering party must establish an approx. 5.0 km new district heating route with associated branch buildings, which stretches from the Landlord's cadastre at Ejby Mosevej 219 in Glostrup to Borupvang, in Ballerup in connection with the establishment of a new low-temperature transmission line section 1.0 also referred to as LTL S1.0. The district heating track is to be established in two municipalities; Ballerup Municipality and Glostrup Municipality. Harrestrup Å runs as the municipal boundary. LTL S1.0 is performed mainly in DN 600 pre-pipes in series 2 single pipes, after which cable stretches in DN500-DN400 are established in later runs. The ordering party thus estimates the total contract value to amount to DKK 100, 000, 000.00 over an 8-year period. Estimated value of the agreement amounts to DKK 100, 000, 000.00. The total maximum value of the agreement amounts to DKK 150, 000, 000.00. The estimated maximum value is an expression of the client's discretion, and the value/quantities are thus indicative and the contractor/supplier is not guaranteed any minimum turnover. The agreement is not exclusive and does not limit the Ordering Party's ability to trade with other suppliers.
