Scalable connected astronomical clocks 4G BLE gateway for remote management and supervision of AS4 clocks - Cometa synapse type or equivalent The SDE35 exercises public lighting competence for 236 municipalities and EPCI, and intervenes in this capacity for the carrying out public lighting renovation operations throughout the department. As operator of the public lighting network and project owner of the related works, the SDE35 has initiated a strategy aimed at supporting its member communities in the deployment of remote management tools for their installations, particularly in the context of the widespread use of LED lighting and the optimization of lighting control. The purpose of this consultation is the signing of a framework agreement relating to the supply of connected clocks for work carried out under project management by the Departmental Energy Union 35. This market also includes transport and on-site delivery. The holder will ensure also minimum training for installers and users as well as warranty and technical assistance. All the services that can be ordered are described in the specific technical clauses (CCTP). This lot has for the purpose of supplying and on-site delivery of scalable radio-synchronized astronomical clocks in LTE/GSM network.
