The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of § 131 ZZVZ, on the basis of which individual public contracts for the supply of contact carbon strips of pantographs (hereinafter "UL" or "carbon strips") will be awarded to a single selected supplier in each part according to the procedure defined in the framework agreement.of public rail vehicles (hereinafter also "ŽKV") of the contracting authority, according to individual parts of the public contract to the procurement point of the contracting authority Zasobovaci centrum, Česka Třebova, for a period of 36 months following the conclusion of the framework agreement.
