Framework agreement for the supply of BEMU vehicles for PLK The subject of the Framework Agreement is the regulation of the procedure for concluding partial purchase contracts (hereinafter referred to as "Purchase Contracts" or individually "Purchase Contracts") (i) for the production and delivery of up to 13 dual-source electrical units powered by fixed traction devices of the 25kV AC system with a traction battery, fully suitable for operation on railway lines with a gauge of 1, 435 mm in the territory of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Units" or separately "Unit"), including all permits, approvals, approvals and registrations ("registration" in the text of this procurement documentation means all registrations having a character similar to a permit, approval or consent), which according to the legislation valid on the date of handover of the relevant Unit to the contracting authority, are necessary for operation and the use of the delivered Units and which will enable the client to properly and without restrictions operate and use the Units in the territory of the Czech Republic and further including the technical documentation belonging to the relevant Units to the extent specified in the Framework Agreement; and/or (ii) supplies spare parts and components of the exchangeable system ("spare parts of the exchangeable system"); and/or (iii) contracts for repairs and maintenance of the delivered Units in the form of Full-Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Full-Service Agreement").
