2026 I&ABS - 1 The subject of this public service contract is “Framework agreement for the supply and maintenance of an information and archive management system”. Public authorities have a legal obligation to keep administrative documents archive and document this archive. In times of digitalization, a mix of paper documents and digital documents arises. A software package is currently already being used to manage archive and information management. The The framework agreement of the current package is expiring and so POLIS is implementing a new procedure for purchasing and maintaining an information and archive management system. This framework agreement provides for the development of a sustainable software solution on which Flemish authorities can sign up. The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one participant. With this framework agreement, the contracting authority is looking for a partner who is responsible for the development, implementation and implementation maintenance of the software solution at Flemish cities and municipalities and other Flemish public institutions.
