Tender Details

1. Through the current assignment, the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a multilateral framework agreement (per lot) in accordance with Article 43 §5 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 with the reference "P8765 TE012461 Framework Agreement for the supply and installation of flexible floor finishes in UZ Leuven" with a maximum of three tenderers per lot who can carry out the works of this assignment. 2. The assignment includes carrying out works for the installation of new floor finishes in various zones of Campus Gasthuisberg, Campus Pellenberg and Campus Sint-Rafaël. This includes the logistics corridors, patient rooms, administrative offices and operating rooms (operating and examination rooms). Depending on the location in the hospital the works include: - the removal of existing floor finishes; - carrying out preparatory and restorative work on the subsurface; - the complete construction and installation of a new flexible floor finish. 3. The calls within this framework agreement will probably have a size between €1, 000 excl. VAT and €50, 000 excl. VAT. The calls depend on various external factors, including coherence with other renovation projects or new construction projects, freeing up rooms, etc. and therefore cannot be determined in advance. 4.
