The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the NEP/GAA 4 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 2, 598, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DISINFECTANTS AND ANTISEPTIC SOLUTIONS - EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
