The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the General Appropriations Act 4 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 2, 753, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS COMMON MEDICAL SUPPLIES - BATCH 6. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
