This consultation concerns a framework agreement for the preparation, making, delivery and unloading of meals via cold connection, for the home meal delivery service set up by the Gally-Mauldre community of communes for the benefit of elderly people or people with disabilities. THE This framework agreement is awarded following a formalized tender-type procedure in application of the provisions of articles L2124-2, R2124-2 and R2162-2 to R2162-5 of the public procurement code. This single-awardee framework agreement will be executed by means of purchase orders in accordance with in articles L2125-1, R2162-1 et seq., R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. No minimum amount; Maximum annual amount: 150, 000 euro(s) excluding tax The framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from January 1, 2027, tacitly renewable three (3) times for one duration of one year. In any case, this contract cannot exceed 4 years, i.e. December 31, 2030.
