1) The City Government of Olongapo through the Local Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (P/4, 980, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for the Supply and Delivery of Complete Eyeglasses and Optical Services CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Olongapo now invites bids for FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPLETE EYEGLASSES AND OPTICAL SERVICES CY 2026.
