Tender Details

The subject of this procurement procedure is the negotiation of Framework Agreements containing contractual conditions for the fulfillment of individual subcontracts to ensure the supply of AC charging stations with a power of 22 kW with a maximum of three (3) Participants for each Public Part orders. In accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into two separate parts, as follows: Part A of the public contract: Charging stand 2x22kW and Wallbox 1x22kW Part B of the public contract: Wallbox 2x22kW The supplier is entitled to submit a Request for Participation to any Part of the public contract or combination of Parts of the public contract. If the Supplier submits a Request to participate in more than one Part of the public contract, in that case, it submits a separate Request to participate for each such Part of the public contract. The client subsequently invites the Contractor to submit a Preliminary Offer/Tender in those Parts of the public contract for which he has submitted a Request for Participation and has demonstrated the fulfillment of the qualification criteria set by the Contracting Authority. The Contractor is entitled to submit a Preliminary Bid/Offer for all Parts public contracts in which he was invited by the Employer. The Preliminary Offer/Tender must be submitted separately for each individual Part of the Public Procurement. Detailed information is provided in the tender documentation.
