The subject of the order is the successive delivery of non-standard computer equipment for units organizational units of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". 2. The Ordering Party will award orders (Appendix No. 3 to the framework agreement) for the supply of equipment, based on the framework agreement concluded as a result of the resolution proceedings. 3. The order will be processed with due care and in accordance with all the requirements contained in the ToR and its annexes. The delivered item of the order must be complete and ready for operation after commissioning in accordance with intended use, without additional investment purchases on the part of the Ordering Party. At the stage of order execution, the contractor performs the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No 5 to SWZ. 5. If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, the Ordering Party allows the use of solutions equivalent to those described. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers partial. The scale of the order is adapted to SMEs. 7.
