Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of non-standard computer equipment for organizational units of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". 2. The Ordering Party will award orders (Appendix No. 3 to the framework agreement) for delivery of equipment, based on a framework agreement concluded as a result of the resolution of the proceedings. 3. The order will be processed with due care and in accordance with all the requirements contained in the ToR and its annexes. Item delivered order must be complete and, after commissioning, ready to operate as intended, without additional investment purchases on the part of the Ordering Party. At the stage of order execution, the contractor performs the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements Ordering Party. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 5. If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, the Ordering Party allows the use of solutions equivalent to those described. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The scale of the order is adapted to SMEs. 7. The subject of the contract may be implemented as part of projects co-financed from the EU structural funds European. 8. Other conditions for the execution of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
