The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The details of the missions entrusted to the holder appear in the specifications. Services are paid by fixed prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the similar services envisaged. This consultation concerns the project management services for the energy renovation and upgrading of 9 boiler rooms belonging to the City of Vannes. The selected project manager will be responsible for design, plan and manage the completion of renovation work on thermal installations in the real estate complexes concerned, from preliminary studies to acceptance of the work and monitoring of the warranty period. It is about a complete project management mission including the AVP (DIAG) and PRO study phases, assistance with business consultation, as well as VISA and DET execution monitoring missions, and AOR until the end of the perfect completion guarantee
