Tender Details

Consultation launched by a group of orders. This consultation aims to entrust the provision of pyrotechnic safety services in public spaces in the Sanitas and Maryse Bastié districts, within the framework of the NPNRU. The framework agreement with maximum is passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code, it will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts. it is concluded for an initial period of 2 years, renewable once. The services are regulated by unit prices. The amount of services for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows: TMVL 52, 000 euro(s) excluding tax, Municipality of Tours 48, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The amounts will be identical for each renewal period. THE maximum amount excluding tax for the total duration of the framework agreement (4 years) amounts to 200, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement is concluded from the date of notification of the contract
