Tender Details

The object of the framework agreement is the digitization of part of the physical (paper) file of the services of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE), the implementation of a Digital Repository System that will provide the possibility of managing digital documents to which the authorities will have accessthe employees of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE), as well as the transfer of the relevant know-how to the AADE.

The budget for the physical object of the framework agreement (excluding the maintenance option) amounts to thirty-nine million two hundred eurosn twenty-three thousand six hundred and nineteen euros and twenty-four cents (€39, 223, 619.24), including VAT. 24%. This amount includes a budgeted digital repository of up to €1, 156, 300.00 including VAT 24%.

This expense concerns the financed part of the project and will be charged to SATA 051, project code 2023ТА05100003 (MIS code 5201971.

Before the expiry of the minimum two-year guarantee of good operation of the contract, the Contracting Authority may decide the assmaintenance option of the digital repository (according to the description of Annex I hereof) up to fifty (50) % for all five (5) years (up to 10% per year * 5 years of maintenance) on the Contractor's offered price for the supply of the Digital Repository.
