Design studies of the quay walls of the Second Tidal Dock Design studies of earthworks and remediation works on the Second Tidal Dock Design studies of quay walls at the Northern Inlet Dock The Container Cluster Left Bank (CCL) is one of the three sub-projects of ECA. The project is one bundling port development projects on the left bank of the Scheldt. With CCL we invest in smart and sustainable growth of the port. We ensure that the port can process additional containers every year. Specifically, we invest in: •Extra mooring length for sea and inland vessels to load and unload containers •New container terminals to handle containers •Additional areas for logistics and industrial activities CCL consists of several subprojects. Six of these are projects in the harbour. We are also working on nature compensations and some high-voltage lines will be moved. (see: https://www.cpeca.be/) This assignment relates to the realization of the Second Tidal Dock and related projects such as: the buffer landscape, zone Three Docks, Doel Dock and Northern Input Dock. The intention is to construct a new tidal dock along the existing Deurganck dock. With the Second Tidal Dock we create extra space to load and unload containers.
