The Energy Efficiency department of the Flemish Energy Company (hereinafter “veb”) offers various energy-saving and renovation solutions to support its customers. Through this Framework Agreement, veb wants to facilitate the preparation of study files for patrimony owned or managed by the Clients, as determined in § 2.2 of the Specifications. These study files relate to the energetic renovation of the building envelope and various techniques, or to a possible total renovation of buildings. The intended Contractors for this Framework Agreement are engineering firms. Within Lots 1 and 2 Building Envelope, the energy-saving measures regarding the building envelope of one or more volumes within a Sub-Assignment are examined.
