Tender Details

The procurement is for a framework agreement for streaming services for events and meetings. Tenderers shall reproduce the municipality ́s events and meetings on monitors. Examples of events are Arendalsuka, Future municipalities, TEDx Arendal and other events and meetings of a smaller size. A framework agreement shall be signed with up to three tenderers. It shall be a preferred supplier. The contracting authority can choose to run a mini-competition among the framework agreements for major events.
