The framework agreement is subject to the provision of special planning and consulting services to the subscriber under the conditions specified in this framework agreement and in the design or designated contract or assignment. The tasks to be purchased are HVAC, SAH, RAK, Geo, Aku and Palo Technical DesignTasks related to property development, space changes, small repairs, improving energy efficiency and construction projects. The framework agreement and design -specific contracts or mandates shall be made separately for each special planning sector to be acquired. The provider can provideone or more of the special design fields for each of the acquisitions on each own offer. The contracting entity shall decide on the procurement schedule for each special design sector or any interruption separately. Services to be purchased will be implemented on schedule decided by the subscriber, In which case they may not be evenly distributed over the contract period. The subscriber does not commit to ordering any pre -defined jobs from pre -defined suppliers.
