Procedure Tender through the European public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the municipality's website: Assignment The assignment concerns research into the effectiveness of various subsidized activities and purchasing assignments in the social domain, see also questionnaire 1.3: 'The assignment'. Lots This assignment is not divided into lots. The assignment is a logical whole. An integrated implementation leads to more efficiency, better coordination between parts and a higher quality of the end result. Not dividing the contract into lots does not disproportionately hinder access to the market for these parties. Purpose The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of services with one contractor with a term of two (2) years with a starting date of April 1, 2026. The client has the unilateral right to extend this one (1) time by two (2) years. The decision-making regarding this extension(s) is made on the basis of an evaluation of the performance delivered and the need for the support.
