Framework agreement with single-award purchase orders for occasional guarding of ACCM urban community sites
Occasional general surveillance and guarding services for sites and premises owned by the ACCM urban community or in which it exercises his skills.
The services must ensure security, monitor or prevent, where applicable, access to premises, prevent, intervene and control any suspicious action during a security mission on one of the sites of the ACCM agglomeration community.
There ACCM urban community may also call on the service provider to ensure the security of various events.
The service provider must be in a position to provide the staff necessary for the missions 365 days a year, 24 hours a day and on several sites simultaneously.
THE This framework agreement will be concluded from January 1, 2027 (or its notification date if this is later) for a period of twelve (12) months.
This framework agreement includes three (3) tacit renewals for a duration of twelve (12) months each.
The initial market order amount and each renewal is limited to 300, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax, i.e. a total amount of 1, 200, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax over the total duration of the contract of forty-eight (48) months.
