Framework agreement with single-award purchase orders for the management of the Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer recycling center The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the conditions under which the CA of Arles Crau Camargue Montagnette entrusts the holder with the regular and occasional services to be carried out within the perimeter of the commune of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer: - Management of the recycling center (top of the quay, provision of boxes, compaction of waste, etc.). - Transport of the boxes of the recycling center towards recovery outlets. - Maintenance and upkeep of the recycling center - Maintaining the surroundings of the site clean even in the event of illegal dumping and acts of incivility. Description of services, their technical specifications as well as the provision of the requested documents are indicated in the specific technical clauses. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of two (2) years. This framework agreement is concluded as of 01/12/2026 (or its date of notification if this is later) for a period of 24 months. This framework agreement includes two tacit renewals for a period of 12 months each.
