Tender Details

The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the conditions under which the CA of Arles Crau Camargue Montagnette entrusts the holder with regular and occasional services to be carried out within the perimeter of the commune of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer: - Management of the recycling center (top of quay, provision of boxes, compaction of waste, etc.). - Transport of boxes from the recycling center to the recovery outlets. - Maintenance and upkeep of the recycling center - Maintaining the surroundings of the clean site even in the event of illegal deposits and acts of incivility. The description of the services, their technical specifications as well as the provision of the requested documents are indicated in the specific technical clauses. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of two (2) years. This framework agreement is concluded as of 01/12/2026 (or its date of notification if this is later) for a period of 24 months. This framework agreement includes two tacit renewals for a period of 12 months each. Amount of the framework agreement: The maximum amount of the framework agreement is set as follows: - Initial period (2 years): 800, 000 euro(s) excluding tax or 844, 000 euro(s) including tax, - Each renewal period (1 year): 400 000 euro(s) excluding tax, i.e. 422, 000 euro(s) including tax. The maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement, in the event of renewal, is set at 1, 600, 000 euro(s) excluding tax, i.e. 1, 688, 000 euro(s) including tax.
