This framework agreement for purchase orders is placed within the framework of a group of orders made up of the following member Public Establishments for Intercommunal Cooperation (EPCI): - DOUAISIS AGGLO (coordinator) - Urban Community of Lens-Liévin - Urban Community of Hénin-Carvin - European Metropolis of Lille - Scarpe-Escaut Regional Natural Park The framework agreement aims to carry out a shared technical, economic and legal feasibility study on low-input crops (BNI), with a view to supporting the development of sustainable local sectors, favorable to the protection of water resources. More precisely, the technical, economic and legal feasibility study aims to construct scenarios for the development of economically viable BNI sectors, technically realistic and consistent with the territorial, agronomic, soil and climatic specificities of the 5 territories (Douaisis Agglo, MEL, Scarpe Escaut Natural Park, CAHC and CALL).
