The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for services for the representation of Visit Flanders in Scandinaivë, specifically in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The assignment aims at marketing activities in Scandinavia for Visit Flanders, based on Visit Flanders' marketing strategy. The contractor will stimulate demand for travel to Flanders and Brussels by promoting the Flanders and Brussels travel destinations to the press, to content creators (influencers), to the local travel trade and, to a lesser extent, to consumers. The contractor will generate free publicity for the travel destination in the Nordic media through press and influencer/content creator - trips, press releases and newsletters. The contractor will promote the supply of travel to Flanders and Brussels by securing a place for Flanders and Brussels in tour operators' travel offers. The contractor does this through information provision, co-promotions, trade fairs and B2B workshops, among others. The contractor maintains relationships with key stakeholders such as tour operators, travel agents and press.
