The Agency for Nature and Forests wants to conclude a framework agreement with an external professional service provider that provides support in the daily operation of graphic design on a freelance basis. The service provider is involved in this for the design and layout of digital and non-digital communication products tailored to the agency's target groups. This concerns graphical support for both longer processes and smaller operational tasks. The service provider must be thorough to have prior knowledge of the corporate identity according to Brand Policy Flanders and of the graphic design program Canva. During the term of this assignment, the service provider must probably be available for two full weekdays on a weekly basis service of the Agency for Nature and Forests. This assignment concerns a framework agreement but does not grant exclusivity to the service provider. The purpose of the agreement is to record prices and associated agreements. Based on these agreements order orders will then be assigned during the term of the agreement. This order is an order for services within the meaning of art. 2, 21° of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016.
