This procurement refers to a framework agreement for service, support and maintenance of some of the Prison Service's telecommunication security systems. The purpose of the framework agreements is to ensure the authority's need for technical support for telecommunication security systems through a service agreement. By teletechnical security systems is meant an overall solution for security technical systems where several types of security systems (for example camera surveillance systems, access systems, etc.) are included and integrated together in one and the same superior alarm system.
