This service contract aims to conclude a framework agreement within the meaning of articles 2, 35° and 43 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement. The Adjudicator not being able to foresee at present the services which would prove to be necessary to carry out to ensure the proper conservation of the various assets, it was decided to award this contract according to the terms of the framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator.
