The purpose of the public tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the selection of school milk suppliers, under the terms and under subparagraph a) of paragraph 1 of article 252 of the Public Contracts Code and these specifications, for the entities that make up CC-OESTECIM. The goods to be acquired under the framework agreement to be concluded will have to comply with the technical specifications present in Annex A and provided for in current legislation. Framework Agreement for School Milk Supply The contest public sector has as its purpose the conclusion of a framework agreement for the selection of school milk suppliers, under the terms and under subparagraph a) of paragraph 1 of article 252 of the Public Contracts Code and these specifications, for entities that are part of CC-OESTECIM.
