At Havnegade 5 in Copenhagen lies Danmarks Nationalbank's iconic headquarters. It must undergo a larger and necessary restoration over a number of years. The building was designed by architect Arne Jacobsen and erected in the years 1965-1978, and in 2009 the building was preserved. All the tasks in the project mustTherefore, in close dialogue with the Palace and Culture Agency, resolved, taking into account that the building is protected. Danmarks Nationalbank and the project's total advisor handles this dialogue.

Danmarks Nationalbank has divided the overall restoration project into three sub -projects, and each sub -project is expected to be offered in several contracts:• DN300. Buoyancy protection (the building must be buoyancy and climate-proof); • DN200. Exterior works (facades, roofs and gardens must be restored); and • DN100. Internal works (which is a bulky subproject where a number of tasks must be worked on.Selected tire pans asbestos, fire safety and the indoor and working climate need to be improved, and then the interior of the building must be made more contemporary).

Danmarks Nationalbank wants with this tender to enter into a framework agreement on sampling, which includes environmental studies of building and building parts inConnection with the demolition and renovation of Havnegade 5. The tasks are described in more detail in the tender material.
