The Central Government Real Estate Agency (RVB) is the government's real estate manager and is responsible, among other things, for the maintenance of defense real estate. There is a need for a national call-off facility for work in the context of programmed activities (major) maintenance projects on asphalt and elemental pavements. The tender concerns the whole of the Netherlands, divided into 3 lots: West Netherlands; North-East Netherlands; South Netherlands. The Central Government Real Estate Agency expects to publish this tender in January 2026.
